摘要
本文给出了活塞环松孔镀铬的工艺条件,讨论了电镀液各组分和电镀艺参数对镀铬层机械性能的影响。在铬酐(CrO3)80~220g/L,硫酸(H2SO4)0.8-2.2g/L,三价铬(Cr^3+)3~7g/L的镀铬液中,操作温度58~60℃,温差控制在±1℃内,电流密度为37~52A/dm^2,得到的镀铬层光亮,硬度高,可使活塞环达到理想的质量要求。
The process formula of crackle Cr-plating was summarized in the paper. The influences of chromeplate solutin's chemical compositions and processing parameters on the Cr-plate's mechanical properties were studied. The production practice proved that under the condition of 80-220g/1 of CrO3, 0.8-2.2g/1 of H2SO4, 3-7g/1 of Cr^3+ , processing temperature range 59 + 1℃ , 37- 52A/ dm^2 of cathode density,the deposits obtained had good brightness and high hardness.
