摘要
通过实验研究,得到钻井用膨润土处理染料废水的最佳条件为:投加量4.0g/L,T=25℃,振速n=140~150r/min,pH=13,振荡时间t=45min,相应的废水色度和COD去除率为91.89%和16.22%。混凝实验表明,投加适当的混凝剂可提高钻井用膨润土处理染料废水的效果。
With the experiment of drilling bentonite which was used in dyeing wastewater treatment, we got the best experimental conditions. The addition is four grams per liter, the treatment temperature is 25 degrees, the oscillation rate is 140 to 150 switches per minute, the acidity is 13 and the oscillation time is 45 minutes, And the corresponding color and COD removal are 91.89% and 16.22% respectively. Coaguration experiments showed that the appropriate coagulant can enhance the effects of drilling bentonite in treatment of dyeing wastewater.
