摘要
阐述了芳基吡咯类活性化合物的研究与开发进展,对文献报道的溴虫腈合成路线进行了归纳和分析,设计了以对氯苄胺为原材料的新的合成路线,总收率达到52.1%,纯度为96.1%,通过红外光谱、核磁共振对产品进行了结构表征。
The research and development of substituted arylpyrrole compounds were expounded. Domestic and foreign methods of the synthesis of chlorfenapyr were introduced, while major process and problems were discussed. A new synthetic route of chlorfenapyr based on the analysis of relative literature methods was designed. The total yield reached 52. 1% and product purity was 96. 1%. The structure of the product was characterized by IR, ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.
