摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,以C18柱为固定相、甲醇+水为流动相,用DAD检测器在254nm波长下定量测定除虫脲的含量。本方法的变异系数为0.235%,平均回收率为99.92%,线性相关系数为0.9999。
This paper introduces the quantitative analysis method of diflubenzuron formulation by HPLC with DAD detector on C18 column at 254 nm, The result showed that the coefficient of variation, average recovery and linear correlation were 0,235%. 99.92% and 0.999 9 respectively.
