摘要
Well,I think,I mean,you know,you see等非流利现象在日常言语交际中大量存在。
There are lots of disfluencies in daily talks, such as, well, I think, I mean, you know, you see etc. Due to their dramatical pragmatic functions, those disfluencies are named as pragmatic markers. Their features on pragmatics have been admitted widely but their role in teaching spoken English has not proved officially. In the thesis, it is made certain that pragmatic markers play an important role in the spoken English teaching by means of tracing back to their origin theoretically, analyzing their pragmatic features and appealing to a few credible corpora.
