摘要
目的探讨术前区域性动脉灌注化疗对晚期乳腺癌微血管密度(MVD)、微淋巴管密度(MLVD)的影响。方法将76例晚期乳腺癌随机分为两组,术前局部动脉灌注化疗(A组)35例和术前全身静脉化疗(B组)41例,另选25例未行术前化疗的Ⅲ期乳腺癌作对照组。采用免疫组化SP法,用CD34、血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR3)抗体对3组组织标本进行MVD、MLVD检测。结果A组MVD为36.05±13.64,B组为49.92±12.90,对照组为60.38±13.54,各组间比较差异均有高度显著性(P<0.01);A组MLVD为6.62±3.70,B组为9.96±4.57,对照组为11.30±5.32,A组与对照组、B组比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),B组与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论术前区域性动脉灌注化疗能有效地降低肿瘤组织及其周边组织内MVD和MLVD,从而抑制肿瘤细胞生长,减少肿瘤转移的机会。
Objective To outline the effects of preoperative intra- arterial infusion chemotherapy on microvessel density (MVD) and microlymphatic vessel density (MLVD) in advanced breast cancer. Methods 76 patients with advanced breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups: group A (preoperative local intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy group, n = 35) and group B (preoperative intra- venous infusion chemotherapy group, n = 41), 25 patients with stage Ⅲ advanced breast cancer without receiving preoperative chemotherapy were selected as control. An S - P immunohistochemistry method was used to measure MVD and MLVD in the tumor tissues of the three groups. The antibodies including CD34 and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR3) antibody. Results ①The tumor mierovessel counts (i. e. MVD) in group A were 36.05 ± 13.64, in group B were 49.92± 12. 90, and in control group were 60.38 ± 13.54. In comparison among these three groups, there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈0.01). The tumor microlymphatic vessel counts (i. e. MLVD) in group A were 6.62 ± 3. 70, group B were 9.96 ± 4.57, and control group were 11.30 ± 5.32. Microlymphatie vessel counts in group A compared with group B and control group, there were statistically significant differences ( P〈0.01); in comparison of group B with control group, there was no statistical difference ( P 〉0.05). - arterial infusion chemotherapy can effectively lessen the MVD and MLVD sues, so it can inhibit the tumor cell growing and metastasis. Conclusion Preoperative local intra in tumor tissues and its peripheral tissues, so it can inhibit the tumor cell growing and metastasis.
