棉织物淀粉酶冷轧堆法退浆的动力学研究

摘要 采用淀粉酶冷轧堆法对棉织物进行退浆,研究了20℃、35℃下淀粉酶浓度和堆置时间对退浆率的影响,探讨了棉织物上淀粉浆料在淀粉酶作用下的水解动力学。试验发现,初始反应为一级反应,当淀粉酶浓度为0.1%(owf)时,一级反应活化能为26 kJ/mol;随着温度的升高,淀粉水解速率增加很快。 Cotton fabric was desized with amylase by cold pad-batch process. The influences of amylase concentration and batching time on desizing ratio under different temperatures were studied, and hydrolytic kinetics of starch on cotton fabric under the actions of amylase were also discussed. It was found that the initial reaction followed first order kinetics. When concentration of amylase was O. ! %owf, the activation energy of first order reaction was 26kJ/mol, which demonstrated that hy- drolytic rate of starch increased rapidly along with the increase in temperature.
