摘要 尾加压素Ⅱ(urotensinⅡ,UⅡ)是一个具有强烈收缩血管的神经肽,它与许多系统多种疾病的发生发展有着重要的关系,包括心血管系统、呼吸系统及中枢神经系统等。本文就UⅡ的蛋白结构、生物学效应及其与冠心病的关系作一综述。
