细胞凋亡与非缺血性心脏病 被引量：2

摘要 1965年，发育生物学家Lockshin和Williams首先提出了PCD（programmed cell death）一词，用于描述蛾的发育过程。至1972年，Kerr等首次提出了细胞凋亡的概念，从形态学角度描述细胞的生理死亡，并认为这是维持组织细胞动力学平衡的一种基本生物现象，可能具有十分重要的生物学意义。随着细胞凋亡的深入研究并不断向各学科渗透，人类心血管领域也被证实存在凋亡现象，血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和心肌细胞在多种刺激因子的诱导下，参与心血管疾病的病理变化过程，细胞凋亡是多种心血管疾病发生和演变的细胞学基础。
