本系统是为配合新型蓄电池的研制而开发的一套测控装置，采用微机与单片机之间的通信，由ＰＣ机对单片机的各项测控功能予以设置，同时监视存储、绘图、打印单片机采集的数据．系统功能齐全，稳定可靠，经济实用，是新型蓄电池性能测控的有力工具．

This system is a set of equipment developed for controlling and testing the new_style secondary ba tteries.It adopts the communication between PC and prints collected datas form SCM.Morever the SCM has the function of time_saved.In short,this system is the effective instrument used in controlling and testing the performances of the new_style secondary battery.
