Researches on the Making of the Law on Corporate Social Liabilities

鉴于当前对公司社会责任理论的研究大多还停留在经济学、社会学的层面,本文拟在充分肯定公司社会责任法律性质的基础上,运用法学所独有的研究方法,就公司社会责任的概念、本质特征、立法可行性以及制定构建等问题进行初步探究,从而对我国公司社会责任的立法理论研究与制度构建做出前瞻性思考。

As the current researches on the theory of corporate social liabilities mostly remain at economics and sociology, the writing attempts to explore the concept, characteristics, legislating feasibility of cooperate social liabilities, based on the affirmation of the legal property of corporate social liabilities, and in addition, make profound and far - reaching meditations on the theoretical researches on the making of the law on our corporate social liabilities and forging related systems.
