摘要
针对房地产项目的融资决策问题运用层次分析法建立数学模型,计算出各因素的权重排序,再从风险规避的角度出发,选择优秀的融资方案和承建单位.算例证明,该方法直观、科学.
For the question of the real estate project＇s financing decision-making, the AHP method is used to establish mathematical model, the result of importance parameter is got. Then the outstanding construction plan and constructors are choosen from the risk- dodging ways. The sample proves that it is a intuitionistic and reasonable.
