Study on synthesis of small size special EBR latex for ABS

研究了ABS树脂专用小粒径EBR胶乳的制备。讨论了乳化剂用量、电解质用量、水比、后期反应温度等因素对EBR胶乳质量的影响。

The preparation of small size special EBR latex for ABS was studied. The factors influencing EBR latex properties of emulsifier quantity, electrolyte quantity, water quantity, reaction temperature of late stage and so on, were discussed. The small size EBR latex which has bigger size and enough gel can be prepared when emulsifier ratio is 2.9, electrolyte ratio is 0. 5, water ratio is 150 and reaction temperature of late stage is sixty-six degrees centigrade.
