摘要
文章简要介绍了国家科技图书文献中心在构建国家科技信息资源保障体系中,严格掌握文献资源发展质量,对外文科技文献引进和信息资源利用进行的评价及其计量指标体系的研究,对国家科技信息资源保障体系建设科学、稳步发展将起到积极促进作用。
The paper describes the research on the quality evaluation of the foreign scitech document resources of the National Science and Technology Library （NSTL）. It puts forward a draft evaluation index framework of foreign scitech document resources that consists of three parts including usage status, academic levels and user needs. A test of the evaluation of the resources in agriculture has been made and got a satisfied result.
