摘要
21世纪是以知识作为获取企业竞争优势的时代,对知识载体——员工的开发与管理成为企业赢得竞争力的重要途径。基于保险集团化经营对人才的需求,应重视开办保险企业大学,以确保集团化经营人才优势。保险集团公司高层主管应领导和参与企业大学的建设;企业大学的培训活动应以保险集团化经营战略目标为导向;应将企业大学作为"利润中心";充分利用信息技术,实现学习管理电子化;建立适应集团业务发展需求的课程体系与科学的评估体系。要通过开办适应保险公司发展战略需要的企业大学,实现知识循环、创新与共享,为保险集团化经营创造良好条件。
The 21st Century is the era in which knowledge decides a company's competitiveness, therefore the development and management of employees, carriers of knowledge, becomes important for obtaining competitive power. While the insurance industry witnesses more insurers operate as a group company, the latter should take the following measures to structure its corporate university: senior executives should participate into the construction of corporate universities; training activities of corporate universities should be oriented towards the strategic objective of the group; the corporate university should be regarded as a "profit center" rather than a "cost center" ; IT technology should be fully utilized to construct the university on the framework of electronic management; the university should set up a whole set of courses relevant to business development requirements and a set of scientific appraisal system. The paper also used an example to demonstrate that in the face of the trend towards insurance group operation, only those corporate universities that meet the strategic development requirements can realize the goals of knowledge cycling, innovation and sharing, and can create value for rapid development of China's insurance industry.
