摘要
分析了当前我国液化天然气(LNG)产业的发展概况及产业链的特点,并据此对LNG产业标准体系结构,分析与计量标准的特点,以及转化有关HSE管理的外国法规等问题谈了认识和建议。
The analysis is given to the general situation of our present LNG industrial development and the characteristics of industrial chain. And thus the comprehension and suggestion are discussed on the following problems, which include the structure of LNG industrial standard system, characteristics of analysis and metering standards, and the transformation of foreign regulation about HSE management.
