摘要
分析了减压塔底渣油泵工作特点和故障表现,针对渣油泵的工作特点和频繁出现的故障表现,逐步摸索出一些技术措施并在实际工作中实施。结果证明,实施这些技术措施,解决了故障问题,提高了生产运行效率。
After analyzing the working characteristics and fault forms of residuum pump at the bottom of vacuum tower of distillation unit, some technical measures are gradually found and used in practice. As a result, it is proved that application of these measures solve the trouble problems and improve the production operating efficiency.
