分析了榆属的主要代表种白榆(UlmuspumilaLinn.)的核型,它大多由近端部和端部着丝点染色体组成。核型公式为k(2n)=28=1m+3sm(SAT)+6st+4t.属Stebbins较进化的“3A”类型。此外还就出壁低渗制片中Gicmsa染色区域的形成进行了讨论。
This paper dealed with the ktqryotype analysis of Ulmus pumila Linn endemic to China, which is arepresent species of the genus of elm, for the first time. The Somatie chromosomes in stem-tip cells of theplant are found to be 2n = 28, most with subterminal and terminal constructions. The karyotype formula is k(2n) =28= 1m+ 3sm(SAn+6st+4t, which belongs to.“3A”type of relative evotution。 In addition the for-mations of chromosome Giemsa region in the wall degradation hypatonic methods were discussed。
