摘要
为了研究应力腐蚀损伤程度的描述方法,通过分析16MnR试样在饱和H2S溶液中不同程度的硫化氢应力腐蚀损伤的冲击韧性,采用NACE标准弯曲梁试验法,揭示了硫化氢应力腐蚀损伤程度的不同,冲击韧性变化规律。试验结果表明,随着硫化氢应力腐蚀损伤程度的增加,冲击韧性呈总体下降趋势。当硫化氢应力腐蚀损伤时间达到应力腐蚀断裂时间的0.5倍时,试样开始出现宏观裂纹。同时,也为从损伤角度研究其它钢材提供了一种尝试方法。
In order to describe the damage degree of sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) of 16MnR steel, NACE standard bent - beam test was adopted to study the impact toughness of 16MnR specimen after different extent SSCC damaged in saturated H2S solution. The results reveal that with different degree SSCC damaged, the impact toughness are distinct, and the impact toughness are decreasing along with increasing of damage extent. When damage time increase a half of SSCC time, macroscopically cracks start to appear on specimen. At the same time, it also provided an experiment to research other steel with damage idea.
