摘要
通过对农机企业合同管理的现状的介绍,运用价值链分析方法,对合同部门、人员、制度和合同业务流程进行了探讨,认为合同管理也是由基本价值活动与辅助活动构成的。在此基础上,提出了合同价值链管理的意义。
In this paper, the present condition of the agro-mechanical enterprises contract management is introduced and the contract department, human resource, institution and the business process are discussed by means of the value chain method in which the contract management is divided into the fundamental value activity and assistant activity. On doing so, the meaning of the contract value chain is put forward.
