摘要
采用Monte Carlo法和三角级数法,模拟了田间路面,在ADAMS软件中建立了相应路面模型以及拖拉机、悬挂机构和播种机为一体的机组模型,对运输状态下小麦免耕播种机悬挂机构进行了动态仿真,绘制了悬挂点的受力曲线,得到了运输过程中上悬挂点与下悬挂点之间的载荷关系。
The method of Monte Carlo, triangular progression was used for the simulation of field road, has set up the corresponding road surface model and the combination model with tractor, hanging device and seeder in ADAMS software, carried on dynamic simulation of hanging device of the wheat No-tillage Planter in the transport state, Draw the force curve of the hanging point, get the force relation between the upper hanging point and the lower hanging point.
