摘要
信息消费力是信息消费的能力。信息消费主体能力、信息消费客体质量和信息消费环境是构成信息消费力的三要素,文章在分析这三要素制约信息消费力提升的基础上,提出了建立信息消费力量化指标体系的原则与内容。
Information consumption power refers to the ability of information consumption. The power of consumption subjects, the quality of the consumption objects and the environment of the information consumption are three elements to form the ability of information consumption. The article makes an analysis of the restrictive factors for the promotion of information consumption power, and puts forward some principles and contents to construct the index system of the information consumption power.
