对集团采购数字资源费用的思考

Thinking of the costs for the consortium acquisition of digital resources

文章提出在数字资源引进费用不断上涨的情况下,集团采购应该从明确组织者责任、加强内部团结、提高共享服务、增强危机意识、合法保存资源、多方筹集资金六个方面作相应的准备。

Aiming at increasingly rising in price of the introduction of digital resources, this paper proposes that consortium acquisition should make some corresponding preparations： such as, making the organizer＇s responsibilities clear, strengthening the internal unity, enhancing the sharing service, raising the consciousness of the crisis, legally preserving information resources, and collecting the funds in any possible way.
