摘要 变电站内的母线是电力系统中的重要组成元件,母线故障有可能引起系统稳定的破坏。电力系统运行中出现的不稳定事故是波及面最广、后果最严重的事故。防止电力系统稳定破坏,争取不发生系统瓦解和长时间大面积停电是电力系统运行的重要任务。快速切除母线上的故障是提高系统暂态稳定的最根本、最有效的措施。根据信阳220 kV变电站的具体情况,结合国网公司的十八项反措要求,分析了母线及失灵保护双重化配置的具体特点、难点、实施办法及现场应用。 A busbar is one important component in electrical power system in a substation. The Failure of one busbar is likely to cause the destruction of the whole system's stability. Disability accidents in the operation of an electrical power system may lead to severe consequences which can spread to a very large area. Therefore, it is an important task to avoid the destruction of power system stability so as to reduce the possibility of system collapse and long-time & large scale power failure. Based on the concrete conditions of Xinyang 220 kV substations and the 18 counter-failure requirements of State Power Grid Company of China, the paper gives a detailed analysis on the specific features and difficulties of the BBP-BFP dual configuration, and comes up with concrete measures of field implementation.
