摘要
根据设备种类的多样性及振动故障诊断专家系统诊断对象范围窄的特点,研究了基于设备组成结构的多征兆模糊产生式规则的诊断知识表示,和以关系数据库为基础的知识库建立与维护机制,通过ADO技术实现对知识库的访问和推理,并开发基于设备结构的振动故障诊断专家系统。应用表明,系统具有构造简单,推理效率高等优点,有效地提高了机械设备故障诊断专家系统的适应性和通用性。
According to the features of the variety of equipment and the limitation of expert system which can only be applied in several cases, the expression of multiple symptom fuzzy diagnosis knowledge based on machinery configuration and the establishment of safeguarding mechanism of rule base are studied. With the support of ADO technique, the access to knowledge base and diagnosis reasoning are realized. And a fault diagnosis expert system based on machinery configuration is developed. Application shows the system has the merits of being simple to construct and high reasoning efficiency. And the adaptability and universality of fault diagnosis expert system for machinery are greatly increased. e
