摘要
APEC作为世界上最大的区域经济合作论坛组织,近年来在世界经济和区域经济的发展中发挥了举足轻重的作用。作为APEC两大支柱之一的经济技术合作则是加强亚太经合组织凝聚力的重要途径。然而相对于APEC另一支柱——贸易和投资自由化的发展则显得有些滞后。应在筹措资金、合作机制的建设和项目的评估等三个方面促进经济技术合作,以促进APEC两大支柱协调发展。
In recent years, APEC, as the world＇s largest regional economic cooperation forum, has played a significant role in regional and world economic development. Being one of the two pillars of APEC, economic and technical cooperation is an important way to strengthen the cohesiveness of the APEC. But compared with another APEC pillar - trade and investment liberalization, the development appears to be somewhat lagging. Based on the analysis of the progress of APEC economic and technical cooperation and China＇s participation in economic and technical cooperation in recent years, we propose our policy recommendations in three aspects including financing, cooperation mechanism, and projects assessment in order to promote the harmonious development of the two APEC pillars.
