Just as other technical computation fields,the computer technique of hydrocar-bon exploration will undergo the third innovation (or the third generational tech-nique). The coming 3rd computation technique is a network-centric computation.Today's and tomorrow's important problems can be resolved mainly by using sys-tem integration and interconnection ability. The computer integration hydrocarbon exploration system will result in a profound technical innovation in hydrocarbon ex-ploration. I also brlefly analyse the property, logic structure and software platform of the computer integration hydrocarbon exploration system.
