摘要
“组织链”是笔者提出的新的组织间关系分析的理论框架,以超越既往的多组织间共时性关系的分析模式。组织链实质是在一个组织格局中由若干边界清晰、彼此独立的组织个体按照某种维度所形成的一种流程性序次关系体,其制度化特点在于流程性和序次性。组织链的形成路径或者依赖于社会组织个体的自主建构,或者依赖于组织格局内某种势力的设置。在现代社会中,组织链形成后,会因为各种因素的影响发生转向,这种转向有三种基本结局:组织链的名义化、组织链整合为新组织、组织链的解构。
This paper puts forward a new theoretical framework of social organization, i.e. Organization Chain, which may be defined as a special multilateral relation of the individuals of social organizations. An organization chain can be built by two paths: being autonomously constructed by the individuals of social organization or being set up by some social forces. After being built, an organization chain may transform to three ends: becoming nominal, being integrated to a new organization, and being de- constructed.
