后路AF椎弓根系统治疗胸腰椎骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的综合评价36例胸腰椎骨折采用后路AF椎弓根系统治疗效果。方法回顾分析该科自2002年8月-2005年12月收治的36例胸腰椎骨折的临床资料,其中高处坠伤31例,车祸5例,损伤椎体T126例,L117例,L25例,L3例,T11-T12两椎体1例,L12、L1双椎体3例,L3—L4双椎体1例。结果36例随访3-38个月,平均14个月。椎体前缘高度由49.8%恢复至95.5%,椎体后缘高度由术前80.5%恢复-98.4%,Cobb角由术前的平均25.70恢复到术后的6.30,其中神经症状有31例,治疗后神经损伤按Frankel分级平均提高1-3级。结论后路AF椎弓根系统治疗胸腰椎骨折是目前非常有效的方法。 [Objective] To evaluate the effect of AF pedicle screw system for the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebra fracture. [Methods] 36 cases of thoracolumbar vertebar fracture treated by the AF pedicle screw system from Aug 2002 to Dec 2005 were followed up. The Frankel degree of preoperative and postoperative, the height of anterior and posterior edge of vertebra and Cobb angle were analyzed. [Result] All cases were followed up for an average of 26 months. Through the operation the height of anterior edge of vertebra improved from 48.9% to 95.5%. The height of posterior edge of vertebra improved from 80.5% to 98.4%. Cobb angle decreased from 25.7°to 6.3°. The Frankel degree of 31 cases with nerve injury improved 1-3 degrees after operation. [Conclusion] AF pedicle screw system is a reasonable choice for the thoracolumbar vertebra fracture.
