摘要
20世纪90年代初借助GPS技术的发展,广域相角测量系统研制成功,并进行了实际的使用,国内也在近些年开始了这方面的研究,伴随着新技术的发展,如何对PMU进行检测和衡量就成为一个重要的问题,国家继电器质量监督检验中心从2005年开始研究PMU装置的检测方法,取得了一定的成果,并于2006年7月成功地为华中网局进行了入网检测,通过对一些产品的检测结果进行对比,让广大读者了解目前国内外PMU装置的发展进程。
In the 1990's, with the development of GPS technology, the Wide Area Measurement System(WAMS) was developed, and was used in practice. In China, WAMS has researched since these years, and its test and evaluation are different. Ncqtr(National Center for Quality Supervision & Testing of Relay & Protection Equipment )began to research it since 2005, and have gotten many experience and production. WAMS testing for Central China Grid is made on July 2006.This paper analyzes the testing result in order to give an overview about the PMU(Phasor Measurement Unit) of domestic and overseas.
