摘要
采用腐蚀球磨法+二次氢还原工艺技术将转炉炉尘铁粉改性为附加值高的粉末冶金用铁粉。通过扫描电镜、原子吸收光谱仪、碳硫直读程控分析仪、化学分析法等对改性前后铁粉的理化指标及形貌进行表征。研究了各种直径磨球配比、料球比、腐蚀介质、搅拌球磨时间及氢还原过程对改性铁粉形貌、纯度、松装密度的影响,得到改性的较佳工艺条件。结果为:炉尘铁粉细化,表面粗糙,铁粉纯度可达到99.47%。松装密度可在3.6-2.3g/cm^3范围内调整。
Corroding ball grinding and fine secondary reduction processes are used to modify the character of the iron powder from rotary furnace soot. The physical and chemical characters and shapes of the iron powder are characterized by using SEM,atom absorption spectrum,carbon-sulfur analysis instrument,chemical analysis. By means of changing diameter of balls, weight ratio of iron powders/balls, corroding medium, ball grinding time and reduction conditions of fine secondary reduction, the purities, shapes and apparent density of modifying iron powders are researched and better technical conditions gained. The results direct that the modifying iron powders posses crude surface, fine particle size and its purity reaches 99.47 %. Apparent density of modifying iron powders can be adjusted from 3.6 to 2.3g/cm^3.
