摘要
目的 研究Wnt1和β-catenin在结直肠腺瘤中的表达,及其在结直肠肿瘤发生中的作用.方法 用免疫组织化学方法检测61例结直肠腺瘤、20例结直肠癌及其相应正常黏膜石蜡包埋组织标本的Wnt1和β-catenin的表达情况.结果 结直肠腺瘤中,随非典型增生程度增高Wnt1表达差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.002,P<0.05).不同腺瘤组织学类型(χ^2=7.509,P<0.05)、不同非典型增生程度间(χ^2=6.666,P<0.05)β-catenin的表达差异均有统计学意义。Wnt1表达和β-catenin表达呈正相关(P<0.01,r=0.45).结论 Wnt1和β-catenin在结直肠肿瘤的发生中可能具有重要作用.
Objective To investigate the expressions of Wntl and beta-catenin in colorectal adenoma and elucidate their roles in tumorigenesis. Methods Wntl and beta-catenin were detected with immunohistochemistry using paraffin wax embedded specimens from 61 cases of colorectal adenoma.20 cases of carcinoma and the corresponding normal colonic membrane. Results In colorectal adenoma, the significantly increased expressions of Wntl were highly associated with progression from mild, moderate to severe epithelial dysplasia ( x^2 = 16. 002, P 〈 0.05 ). The expressions of beta-catenin were significantly different between each histological types ( x^2 = 7. 509, P 〈 0.05 ) and epithelial dysplasia degrees as well ( x^2 = 6. 666,P 〈 0.05 ). Moderate positive correlation was found between the expressions of Wntl and betacatenin(P 〈 0. 01,r = 0.45 ). Conclusion These findings suggested that Wntl and beta-catenin may play important roles in colorectal tumorigenesis.
