无创伤检查诊断下肢血管病的评价

Evaluation of Non-invasive Examination in the Diagnosis of Peripheral Vascular Diseases

作者将动脉闭塞症,深静脉血栓形成及其后遗症,原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全共251例(273条下肢)的无创伤检查结果与血管造影资料比较,发现无创伤检查的正确率分别为86.8％、65％和80.1％。无刨伤检查虽然还不能替代血管造影,但对病人的筛选,手术方案制订、疗效评估和随访均有重要的临床应用价值。

Two hundred seventy-three lower limbs with a total of 251 patients suffered from arterial occlusive disease, deep venous thrombosis and its sequelae as well as primary deep venous valvular insufficiency were examined comparatively by noninvasive examination and angiography. The accuracy rates of noninvasive examination were 86.8%, 65% and 80.1% respectively. Although the noninvasive examination can not now take the place of angiography, it has clinical significance in selection of patients, choice of operative methods, assessment of therapeutic result and follow-up studies.
