摘要
本文立足《中国公民人文素质调查》数据库资料,对我国医护人员道德素质进行系统调查与分析,并在进行现状调查统计的基础上,就结构性差异进行分析,为正确认识新时期我国医护人员的道德素质提供有益参考,这对于社会转型期医疗卫生事业的发展具有重大而深远的意义。
Based on the ＂Chinese citizens humanistic quality survey＂ database, the article investigated the quality of health care personnel ethics and analyzed the structural difference.On the basis of the analysis, we hope that it can provide a profit conference of health care personnel ethics quality inthe new period, and have important and far-reaching significance about the healthcare industry.
