缢蛏对^(60)Co-γ辐射致雄性小鼠生殖损伤的修复效应

Protection Effects of Sinonovacula Constricta on Reproductive Damage of Mouse Induced by ^(60)Co-γ Rays

以清洁级ICR雄性小鼠为实验动物,研究了不同浓度缢蛏对60Co-γ致雄性小鼠生殖损伤的修复作用.测定小鼠体重、睾丸重量、精子密度、精子活力、精子畸变率等指标.实验结果表明:不同浓度的缢蛏均使受辐照小鼠的体重有所回升.一定剂量的缢蛏对受辐照小鼠的精子活力、精子密度有一定的增加.结论是缢蛏对60Co-γ致小鼠生殖损伤具有一定的修复效应.

Study protection effects of different concentration Sinonovacula constricta on reproductive damage of mouse induced by ^60Co-γ rays. To measure weight of body and testis, concentration and vitality of sperm. The result showed that different concentration of Sinonovacula constricta can increase body weight of mouse irradiated.
