电容传感器称汽车载重V-M非线性转换的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用电容传感器将汽车由于载重引起的钢板弹簧变形转换成电压信号,建立数学模型,设计出非线性信号转换成线性信号的电路,得出V-M的线性关系,并将汽车的前后轴测量量相加得整车载重量信号,经A/D转换和译码,显示出汽车载重量的读数. Applying capacitance transducer, the deformation of the leaf spring caused by the loading of vehicles is transformed into voltage signal. Then the mathematical model is formed and the circuit to switch the non-linear signal into linear signal is designed. Thus the V-M linear relation is elicited and a loading signal for the whole vehicle is achieved by adding the weighing result from the front and rear axle. After the A/D conversion and decoding, the reading of the vehicle load is displayed. This paper is mainly concerned with the subject of linear compensation.
