摘要
以戊唑醇等7种常用杀菌剂为对照药剂,采用生长速率法和抑菌圈法测定氟啶胺对茉莉白绢病菌的抑制效果。结果表明,氟啶胺对病菌具有较好的抑制作用,抑制率为100%,抑制菌圈直径为14.01mm。盆栽试验结果表明,氟啶胺对茉莉白绢病具有较好的防治效果,其与生防菌粘帚霉G11菌株对防治茉莉白绢病具有一定的协同增效作用。
The inhibition of fluazinam to Sclerotium solfsii Sacc. was studied in vitro using mycelium growth rate and inhibition zone methods. Seven fungicides including tebuconazole were used for comparison. The results showed that fluazinam gave strong fungistatic action against S. rolfsii. The rate of inhibition to mycilial growth and the diameter of inhibition zone were 100% and 14.01 mm, respectively. The results of pot culture experiments indicated that fluazinam was effective for the control of sclerotium blight. Synergism between fluazinam and bio-control strain G11 of Gliocladium sp. on disease development of sclero- tium blight of jasmine was observed.
