摘要
在饭店业,受过高等教育的大学生员工是颇有发展潜力的员工群体,也是企业人力资本的主要储备。然而,近年来饭店企业招收的大学生员工的流失率却保持着相当高的水平,并有愈演愈烈之势。解决的对策是:引导大学生员工树立正确的理想信念;切实提高饭店企业的管理理念和管理水平;加强高校旅游教育的教学改革;树立正确的舆论导向,改善外部环境。
In the hotel industry, higher education university student staffs is the main development potential staff community, it is also the main reserve enterprise human capital. However, the hotel enterprise recruitment university student staffs' rate of personnel loss actually was maintaining the quite high level in recent years, and had the increasingly fierce potential. The countermeasures are:lead university student staffs build correct ideal conviction; improve the hotel's manage level; strengthen the teaching reform of high college travel education;set up correct media leading and perfect outside condition.
