This paper expounds that the view of scientific development should be set up in college students＇ ideological and political education with human - oriented thought so as to promote students＇ development in all - round way. In order to improve the quality of the trained people, theories and method innovations should be emphasized, and the innovation of appraisal system, the construction of members and the corresponding mechanism are also required to be advanced.
