摘要 为清除红水中的大量硝基苯类化合物,用分子烙印技术研究了TNT的选择性吸附,以TNT为模板分子、TRIM为交联剂、丙烯酸胺为单体,合成了分子烙印聚合物(MIP)。利用MIP从甲醇水溶液中清除TNT,其吸附性能由RP-HPLC检测。MIP的吸附动力学研究结果表明,吸附饱和时间约为40 min,1 mg.mL-1MIP使溶液中TNT的浓度在30 min内由13.7 mg.L-1降至1.10 mg.L-1,吸附率高达92%,说明MIP对模板分子TNT有很好的选择性。 In order to remove the released nitro compounds in waste water, selective absorption of TNT is studied by molecularly imprinting technique. The molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) was prepared using TNT as template molecule, TRIM as crosslink agent and acrylamide as monomer. MIP was used to clean up TNT from the methanol-aqueous solution. Their absorptive performance were analyzed by RP-HPLC. Absorption kinetic curve of MIP showed that the absorbing saturation time is about 40 min. The 1 mg · mL^-1 MIP reduced the TNT concentration from 13. 7 mg · L^-1 to lower than 1. 10 mg · L^-1 in 30 min. The absorptive rate was 92. 0%, showing that the selectivity of MIP for the template molecule TNT was high.
