单组分可见光固化齿科正畸粘接剂力学性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究无机填料、功能单体及牙齿表面酸蚀与否等因素对单组分可见光固化齿科正畸粘接剂剪切强度的影响。结果表明,无机填料羟基磷灰石(HAP)和功能单体4-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基偏苯三酸酐酯(4-META)的加入使正畸粘接剂的力学性能显著提高。以环氧613树脂为基质,4-META质量分数为7.5%,HAP质量分数为40%,正畸粘接剂的剪切强度值最大,达23.38MPa。 The influence of inorganic filler, functional monomer, etching treatment of teeth surface, etc on the shearing strength of one-component visible-light curing orthodontic adhesive was studied. The results show that mechanical property of the orthodontic adhesive is enhanced remarkably by adding inorganic filler HAP and the functional monomer 4-META. The highest shearing strength (23.38MPa) of orthodontic adhesive can be obtained when the substrate is 613 epoxy resin, the mass fraction of 4-META is 7.5%, and the mass fraction of HAP is 40%.
