摘要
预应力混凝土工程的快速发展对预应力混凝土用产品的性能提出了更高的要求,钢绞线正向着大直径、高强度、低松弛、防腐蚀方向发展。对1×19W-28.6 mm-1 860 MPa多丝大直径、高强度、低松弛预应力混凝土用钢绞线的生产工艺进行设计、探索。
With the fast development of the pre-stressed concrete project, the technical requirement for the properties of pre-stressed concrete products is improving. PC strand is forwarding to bigger diameter, higher tensile strength, lower relaxation, better corrosion resistance. The production and technology design of 1×19W - 28.6 mm - 1 780 MPa which is PC strand with multiple-wires, high tensile strength and low relaxation are studied.
