At present there are some large projects of coal and power pool emerged on water. For example, China Power Investment Corporation held Huomei Group and set up a large coal and power base in the eastern Inner Mongolia and jointly established Huaihu Coal and Power Co., Ltd. with Huainan Coal Industry Company; China Huadian Corporation founded a coal industry company, thus entering Shaanxi market; Tongmei Tashan mine pit invested by China Datang Corporation has gone into production, and Datang has held shares in four mine projects, such as Shengli coal field, Yanzhou Coal Mine; Yimin Coal and Power Company under China Huaneng Group is the first large experimental coal and power pooling enterprise in China, and Huaneng is building a big coal pit with an annual output of 10 million tons in cooperation with Tongmei Company and a mine-mouth power plant in cooperation with Henan Yimei Company; moreover, Shandong Luneng and Shaanxi Yinhe are initiating a coal mine, etc.
