摘要
目的了解绥芬河、东宁口岸蜱的种群生态及其携带病原体情况。方法采用人工小时布旗法选择4种不同生境进行蜱类采集;接种于豚鼠分离立克次体;接种于BSKⅡ培养基分离莱姆病螺旋体。结果共采集蜱6 354只,隶属于1科3属4种:1983~1985年共采集成蜱3 539只,接种豚鼠获得立克次体14株;2002年共采集成蜱2 815只,平均密度为31.6只/人工小时,获得莱姆病螺旋体1株。结论基本查清绥芬河、东宁口岸蜱的种群构成,两口岸密度较高,种群生态特征明显,显示存在急性蜱传斑点热和莱姆病疫源地。
Objective To understand ecological structure of population and Condition of Carried pathogens. Methods Ticks had been collected by pulling flag in 4 different habitats. To isolate rickettsiae by in℃ulation of guinea pig.To isolate lyme spir℃haetes by BSKⅡ culture medium. Results The total of 6354 ticks were collected ,be subordinate to 1 family 3 genera 4 specieses. 14 rickettsiae had been collected from 3 539 ticks in 1983-1985.2 815 ticks had been collected in 2002, the mean density was 31.6 each person in one hour, and 1 lyme spir℃haete had been collected.. Conclusions The structure of population was made a thorough investigation of ticks basically in Suifenhe and Dongning Ports. The density of ticks were higher and the ecological character was evident, it shows that there exists epidemic f℃us of acute tick-bom spotted fever and lyme.
