摘要
存放诸如液化石油气、液氨等气液相介质的卧式椭圆形封头容器,在使用过程中,经常要计算其液体高度与相应容积、质量的关系。本文用积分求导方法,计算出液体高度与相应容积的关系式,再通过液体容积与质量关系式求质量。然后通过电子表格讲述如何用计算机编程方法,求得容器各液体高度与容积、质量关系表。该方法在液化气体充装站的安全运行中非常实用。
Materials of gas-liquid phased can be stored in horizontal containers with oval head. When the containers are being employed, we always need to calculate the relationship between the liquid level in the containers and the capacity of them as well as that between liquid level and liquid mass. In the article, we try to fetch the expression explaining the relationship between the liquid level and the capacity by applying integral and derivative, and then calculate the mass of the liquid by using the capacity.Then some examples will be shown to explain how to apply computer programs to produce expression forms describing the relationship between the liquid level and the capacity and that between liquid level and liquid mass. This method is visual, and convenient to use.
