摘要
通过对高大环柄菇子实体组织分离方法及培养基筛选试验,得到了优良母种,并选出最适的母种培养基。为高大环柄菇的进一步驯化奠定了基础。
The excellent mother species are got and the most suitable culture medium of mother species are selected through the test of method of Macrotepiota procera fruit body tissue separation and culture medium screening. It lays the foundation for the further domestication of Macrotepiota procera.
