儿童应用喹诺酮类药物亟待规范

The application of quinolones in children should be standardized

目的:对喹诺酮类药物在儿童患者应用中的问题进行探讨。方法:复习文献,对新近出版的较权威的医药专著及药品说明书中关于喹诺酮类药物儿童使用的安全性警示进行比较,并结合我院儿童喹诺酮类药物的使用情况进行分析。结果:儿童应用该类药物,短期可出现皮疹、恶心、头痛症状,远期未见影响儿童发育。药品说明书中有关儿童使用的安全性警示存在不一致性,亟待规范。结论:儿童患者临床应慎用喹诺酮类药物,使用时应权衡利弊,并作随访。

Objective：To enquire into the usage of quinolones in the child patients. Methods： The data concerned were reviewed, the latest safety warnings for the usage of quinolones in child patients were compared and further comparison and analyze were made with and on the practice in our own hospital. Results： The symptoms of rash, nausea and headache would occur in a short time when quinolones was used in child sufferers. But no long - term adverse effect on the child growth was observed. The safety warnings were inconsistent with each other, needing standardizing. Conclusions; Quinolones should be carefully used in child patients with its advantages and disadvantages weighed and the following visits made.
