Metapex糊剂与氢氧化钙治疗儿童乳牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎疗效的比较研究

The comparison between effects of calcium hydroxide and metapex root canal filling materials in treating chronic periapical periodontitis of children's primary teeth with sinuses

目的:比较Metapex注射型根管糊剂与氢氧化钙治疗儿童窦道型慢性根尖周炎的疗效。方法:对200例268颗儿童窦道型根尖周炎的乳磨牙进行根管治疗,采用氢氧化钙和Metapex糊剂充填根管,治疗术后追踪观察6个月～1年,比较治疗效果。结果:氢氧化钙与Metapex糊剂治疗成功率6个月分别为93.38%、95.45%,1年分别为88.24%、90.16%,两组治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但用Metapex糊剂操作简便,且治疗所需时间要比氢氧化钙短。结论:采用Metapex糊剂进行儿童窦道型慢性根尖周炎治疗,具有一定的优越性。

Objective： To observe and compare the effects of calcium hydroxide and metapex root canal filling materials in treating chronic periapieal periodontitis of children＇s primary teeth with sinuses. Methods： Calcium hydroxide and metapex root canal filling materials were used as intraeanal medication to treat ehronie periapieal periodontitis of ehildren＇ s primary teeth with sinuses. There were 200 eases （ 268 pieees of children＇s primary teeth）. They were examined during a period from 6 months to 1 year. Results： The cure rates of Calcium hydroxide and metapex were 93.38% and 95.45% respectively after 6 months, and 88.24% and 90.16% respectively after 1 year. There was no significant differenee between Calcium hydroxide and metapex root canal f＇dling materials （ P 〉 0.05 ）. But metapex was more convenient than Caleium Hydroxide in operating and metapex could save therapy time compared with Calcium hydroxide. Conclusions： Metapex is superior over calcium hydroxide in treating ehronie periapieal periodontitis of ehildren＇ s primary teeth with sinuses.
