双黄连颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染疗效观察

Treatment of infantile upper respiratory infection with Shuanghuanglian powder

目的:探讨双黄连颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染疗效及安全性。方法:将120例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组60例除了常规综合治疗外加用双黄连颗粒治疗,对照组60例采用常规综合治疗。结果:对照组总有效率70.0%,治疗组总有效率93.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组未见与双黄连颗粒有关的不良反应。结论:双黄连颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shuanghuanglian powder in treatment of infantile upper respiratory infection. Methods： 120 eases were randomly divided into two groups. Besides the regular therapy, patients in treatment group were administered with Shuanghuanglian powder, but in control group with regular therapy only. Results： The total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%, while that of the treatment group was 93.3 %. There was a significant difference between two groups and no adverse reaction was observed in treatment group. Conclusions： Shuanghuanglian powder is an effective medicine in the treatment of infantile upper respiratory infection and it is worthy of application.
