炎琥宁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎38例疗效观察

An observation of the effect of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate on children with capillary bronchitis

目的:观察炎琥宁治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法:75例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组38例和对照组37例,两组病例均给予常规吸氧、止咳祛痰,治疗组加用炎琥宁粉针剂静脉滴注,对照组加用利巴韦林,观察症状、体征改善的时间。结果:治疗组7d治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论:炎琥宁可提高毛细支气管炎的治疗效果。

Objective：To observe the therapoutic effect of potassium sodium dehydroandrean dregrapholida succinate in the treatment of children with capillary bronchitis. Methods; 75 Cases of capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into a treating group and a control group. Both of the groups were treated with oxygen and other methods for cough relieving and phlegm reducing, The treating group was treated with potassium sodium dehydroandroan dregrapholide succinate in addition. The differences in improvement of symptoms and physical signs between the patients of two groups were compared. Results; The treatment group had a better efficacy in a 7 day treatment than that of the control group and there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： The treatment of children with capillary bronchitis can be more effective with additional potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate.
